Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products 100%, but we assume no responsibility for the misapplication of our products. The end user must be thoroughly familiar with the correct application and proper use. Consult your company's safety policies for the correct operating procedures. 

To be eligible for a quality-related warranty return, your item must be returned for inspection. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We accept quality-related warranty returns for the lifetime of the product. Other returns or product exchanges must be shipped in an unused condition within 60 days of original purchase. 

To start a return, you can call us at (920) 859-0023 or email us at info@oshkoshtools.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 431 Michigan Street, Omro, WI 54963, and that the shipping & receiving department is open Monday through Thursday from 6am to 3:30pm central time. We will inspect and process your return or exchange within 10 days of receiving the item. 

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for obtaining return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. If it is determined that materials or the construction of the tool was defective, we will replace the item, or refund the purchase price, and reimburse your shipping cost. Returns of unused items for any other reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges for an incorrect order on your behalf are subject to return and replacement shipping costs. Exchanges for an incorrect shipment by Oshkosh Tools will reimburse your return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 days.
