CANT HOOKS

Our Cant Hooks feature hard maple handles and hammer-forged, high-carbon steel hooks that are heat-treated for strength and durability. It is then individually sharpened with our grinder. This superior process creates a sharp, 3-dimensional point that digs into the log without needing to hammer it like the competitors' laser cut points. The hook stop is designed to keep the hook from swinging back and damaging the handle. 

Like our entire cant and peavey range, any hook can be paired with any of our handles. The #5 and #7 hooks are ideal for small poles, and the sockets, clasps, and toe-ring parts are crafted from high-grade malleable iron. 

Our Swivel-Point Cant Hooks are built for those who need to avoid scarring the pole. They feature two floating plates attached to the hook’s end with a bolt, allowing them to swivel and reduce damage. The teeth on the toe ring ensure a firm grip on poles of various diameters.
