Our Peavies are built for balance and easy handling, featuring hard maple handles and hammer-forged, high-carbon steel hooks that are heat-treated for strength and durability. It is then individually sharpened with our grinder. This superior process creates a sharp, 3-dimensional point that digs into the log without needing to hammer it like the competitors' laser cut points. A stop is included to keep the hook from falling back onto the handle.

All hooks and handles can be swapped to suit different job needs, with #5 and #7 hooks ideal for handling smaller logs. These tools are designed for use with human force only, adding extensions or mechanical force can cause damage and risk serious injury.
